What's the opinion around here on Haas?

I can't say I've seen a lot of him, but there is a lot of hype. What I've seen of Fifita has really impressed me, but he doesn't seem to get the same wraps.
both get big wraps but haas moreso.

CNK went up multiple levels in that GF, I have full faith in him developing his ball playing and middle support to being a very very good fullback.

Re: Canberra Raiders' Aidan Sezer again linked to Huddersfield Giants

Williams needs to be re-signed. He’s the best back up half in the NRL. Surely if Sezer gets an offer from the Broncos or Bulldogs, he takes it even if it is a little less money. His value will drop dramatically if he spends the whole season at Mounties. I agree that Sammy is the best back up half i...

Re: 2019 Grand Final V Roosters: Game Day

The rule needs to be if the ball touches a trainer at anytime the opposing side (to the trainer) get 6 more tackles from where the trainer was struck. It will become a tactic like the one on one strip or a 40/20. Imagine tackle 3, Hodgo jumps out of dummy half and looks like he’s attempting an earl...

2016 - purple patch of insanely showy attack with below average defense. we lack defense and it shows the next two seasons. 2019 - top 2/3 defense with a slightly uncreative red zone attack. we lack a playmaking half (although i think sezer has that ability he just wasnt utilised in that way, or he ...

I’d say this is exactly why sezer will be let go, Leilua will be let go, and why rapana the absolute god is going to line his pockets in Japanese rugby over the off season and come back home to the raiders in may next year.

Whereas I thought when she joined the footy show she was about the only one talking footy.

Damn 110 means I’m slightly closer to the roosters section, will have to gauge if there’s enough green around to stay for the clap at the start or run over to 140 for it.

Last nights game did nothing for me one way or another, if we keep our brutal defense we will win the game. He's a keeper.

Need to wait for some leaks about the size of the contract to really evaluate.

Read anything into the Simo extension and Rapa still out searching?
there's no searching, he either joins french rugby and joins raiders next may or stays put.

This is a different team to 2016 and they will handle the occasion. Watch for the enthusiasm in our first defensive set, that will be the key to the game. Teams are most definitely being much more careful now, which means it has worked out for us.
Less struggle from the ball carrier (helps us slow the ruck) and less chance of offloads (which i think was the main reason we did it so much).
