Re: 2022 Finals Week 2 V Eels: Game Day
Tallis said something intelligent for a change - the front rowers are like pairs, and you need two good ones, and they usually enjoy playing with each other. When they split up like some halves, they usually don't do as well. If you have ever had the pleasure of having a beer with Tallis, you would...

A lot of fan comments on Facebook/Instagram saying they're "proud" of the performance and effort, and we were "unlucky". Unbelievable. 36-6 This club has the lowest standards in the NRL, bar none There's a fair bunch of numpties fairly disconnected from reality on those sites Se...

Fair price increase for Club 82 (now $1650 or $150 a game), but it now seems to now include a ticket to the season launch... which is probably about $150 worth. Why is a really good player like Dufty on the outer at Dragons? We can speculate but we don’t know and probably won’t find out and that is how it should be at a professional organisation. Why do we need to fat shame BJ and lay out everything he did wrong to justify moving him on? Bateman, Williams ...

The sad thing is the options on the halfback front are limited. And Sammy Williams, of all people, if kept as the number 1 half will lead to another disappointing season. Love the bloke, he bleeds green, but the lack of lateral movement in defence and lack of speed (he has to pack in at prop in scru...

This is a flu jab nightmare. Whilst I get the jab myself every year, and I understand the risk mitigation around players who don't get it could be at higher risk to covid-19, I am sceptical of the push to enforce this. The example I would use is what would they do in a case of a player being a Type ...

Yes, there is obvious tension in the team, most likely due to not meeting lofty expectations of the season etc. It would be worrying if it was a big problem, but I reckon a win or 2 and there will be man hugs all round.
