Re: 2020 centre and wingers

I have no idea how long his contract is (because I'm too lazy to do basic research) but I can't really see him wanting to go anywhere, either. But most importantly, I reckon he's a vital piece of the current club culture and telling blokes like him to move on with the best offer is exactly the sort...

Re: Jarrod Croker

Although my opinion of Croker hasn’t changed (ie we should move him on and have Simonnson and Cotric on the right edge), Croker had a fantastic game last night. Really impressed with his attack, it’s as if he gained another leg. Defence was relatively untested however I think Defending outside of W...

I’m not seeing much in that tigger lineup. I think we make a statement this week! Big win coming up here.

I’ve lost track of who is arguing what but I think Gergreg has provided better evidence and arguments to make whatever ...

Re: 2020 centre and wingers

1 - CNK
2 - Simmo
3 - Cotric
4 - BJ
5 - Oldfield/or new winger

Use the Raps and Croker $$ to recruit another marquee forward.

I don’t expect others to agree with me - but that’s what I would do!

Re: Canberra Raiders centre Nick Cotric facing three to four weeks on the sideline

If Cotric cops 3 weeks I’d agree with Rothfield that the process has worked fine. Definitely not intentional, but definitely a send off - a suspension is required but let’s not go crazy. I understand the issue many are having about consistency and but I’d rather they err on the side of leniency than...

Re: 2019 Rd 17 V Dragons: Game Day

I'm just damn happy with how we're going..not us..them. 3rd position..fantastic effort so far. I think it’s fair to say we have had more week to week disruption with injuries and suspension than recent previous seasons so it really is a fantastic effort. Ironically having to cover the injuries, sus...

Re: Current dummy half

Only fair to bump this one when hodgson has a good game. It was good to see hodgson go to sezer more and more, which resulted in lots of ball movement, results outside and most imp[rotantly forced st george to spread their line a bit wider so hodgo could destroy them in the middle. Hopefully hodgo ...

Re: 2019 Rd 18 V Tigers: Teams and Previews

I'll be at this game, and last time I went to a Raiders v Tigers game it was a downright thrashing! I feel it's going to be the same story this week, bring on 56-0! 1. CNK 2. Simonsson 3. Croker (c) 4. Kris if fit/Oldbeard otherwise 5. Rapana 6. Wighton 7. Sezer 8. Papalii 9. Hodgson (c) 10. Lui 11...

He had a very good game last night. Missed a few kicks in what were horrible conditions. There is no doubt he has a lot of good games in him, sadly he also has very costly poor defensive decisions in him that appear at bad times. Last night he was good.

Re: Canberra Raiders centre Nick Cotric facing three to four weeks on the sideline

take the three weeks. We need to get him back asap. He is not going to get a not guilty, he needed to not drive or let go or something but he just went on with it. Spot on! If you go back over the game day thread and look at some of the early numbers be thrown around three is a pretty good outcome.

Re: Cotric and the judiciary

This judiciary sheet shows the massive difference prior charges play in the weeks a player receives. JWH would get absolutely slammed if he was facing Cotrics charge. Would be 1100 points (11weeks), and 825 with and early plea (8weeks). https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190715/b1842f592c7b0144480c...

Re: 2019 Rd 17 V Dragons: Game Day

I thought this was by far the best game for the THIS spine as a combination Hodgson,Sezer and Wighton linked up really well, and CNK seemed a little more fluid in chiming in on attack... It just all kind of clicked for them last night, hopefully a sign of things to come Not a bad time of year to be...

The bullfrogs bought us a bit of breathing space by rolling the knights. Be nice to see souffs roll manly to let us open a bit of a gap to 5th. Think I'd prefer to see them lose and us win by enough for us to jump them on the ladder tbh Yeah let’s do that instead- you’re right much better option! W...

WiganRaider - is there an increased interest in Raiders games in Pommyland now we have so many internationals running out? Should Donny be looking to the UK for a shorts sponsor? Re: Canberra Raider coach Ricky Stuart on NRL 360

This is exactly where Bellamy and Melbourne Storm are successful. They stick to their task, particularly when its working. That's why they are such good front runners. They could turn an 18-0 lead into a 36-6 victory without doing anything spectacular. The flip side is they aren't as good at coming...

Was at the game and was annoying to see NSW keep going to the right while wighton and abdo car was staring at open space in front of them on the left.
