The Canberra Times reporting Todd Greenberg “hasn't had time to view all of the police body-camera footage from Scott's arrest” with no decision likely until next week: https://www.canberratimes.com.au/story/6651687/williams-flying-bateman-out/?cs=14239 Yeah im not **** buying this I reckon he's se...

Re: Canberra Raiders recruit Curtis Scott decision not expected before next week

So...anyone else now thinking Greenberg is going to wait until right before the first game to tell us if he's suspended?

This has been dragging on for weeks, and it's only two weeks away from game 1. We need to know if he's playing or not so we can sort out our combinations.

He's fantastic and I love him. I have two abiding memories: 1. The long-range try from the base of the scrum against the Cowboys where he literally turned the afterburners on so quickly he was through before they even realised he had the ball and he did the length-of-the-field sprint in like ten sec...

I've subbed in Wagga for a trip to Sydney - I might make the game at Penrith but that's about it really. Shame, I was looking forward to another trip to Bankwest and that nicely comfy Parkroyal nearby.

Regardless of club allegiance, I am 100% not comfortable with the fact that the police changed the story to lay the seventh charge. That is really really bad. If they're willing to change the story for one thing, what else are they willing to change the story for?

Well, we know he probably won't get to the third year anyway without getting another extension, so I'm fine with that. Ultimately, it's probably just a safety net in case they have to renegotiate a lot of players around that 2022 mark and they can just go "yeah here's the third year".

Jumping into the trains bound for Olympic Park, packed with raiders fans. Getting out of the station to a proper sea of green. Yes. That's the moment that's really stuck in my mind. We walked out of the Olympic Park station and there were green jerseys everywhere . And then just as we came out, a s...

This would make me kind of sad, because I think he really has potential, but we do have a bit of a traffic jam and if he wants to play firsts I can understand it. That said, I don't think it's harmful to have a logjam of forwards reminding Hudson Young not to **** up again. Horse is very very good a...

I think guys like Fensom, and Tongue, were a really important part of our club even though they might not have been the greatest in their positions. I don't want a team full of shiny superstars who roll over when things aren't going their way. I don't want a team of Latrell Mitchells who as soon as ...

Where did they hold the dinner for the RFS at Bawley Point? Was it at Terry Snow’s equestrian centre? Amazing how green everything is now!! Nothing like 250mm+ rain. Went up to Sydney on the train on Friday and the closer we got to Sydney the closer to our jersey colour the grass looked! Positively...

I just can't believe the Sharks had the hide to even think about offering him to us. Was their single brain cell on holiday that day, that they would think we would even for half a second consider taking that worthless, treacherous pile of garbage back?

Yes, Curtis Scott played. He actually looked really good, which makes me more angry at him. He also, to his credit, fronted the fans for the signing session and didn't slink away. I'm cautiously interested in how this will go. I agree that I thought Croker and Simonssen gelled beautifully last year and if Cotric and Scott are working well together then go with what works. My caution stems primarily from the idea of switching Croker's side. Still, I have to have faith in Stick...

Being of a younger sort, my only real memory of "the war" was sitting at my grandparents' one day and looking up to see a plane tracing the big Super League "S" in the sky. At least it will be at home. I think, when he does it, we should all stand and give him a riotous standing ovation.

They do them most years.

However, I abandoned the line. After waiting 20 minutes in the beating sun to move maybe 5m - and that was just to get in and I was nowhere near doing that! - I gave up. I wasn't the only one. It didn't seem to be particularly well organised.
