Wigan forum expect him back there next year. Info came from a video that since been taken down by YouTube for ‘rules infringement’.
That video appears to have been a copy of NRL 360 where Hoops starts the rumour of him talking to Wigan. Nothing to see here.

Re: 2020 NRL Round 3: Teams and Game Day

I though the Roosters did a very good job of getting extra men in the tackle consistently. They usually had 3-4 players in, and got the attacker on the ground, so earned the extra time to ‘peel’ defenders off. It was clever, I didn’t think they actually loitered much, but it obviously takes more tim...

Re: 2020 NRL Round 3: Teams and Game Day

Forget about the crowd noise, the new rules and Katoni Staggs - the real story from this match is non-sighting of Anthony Milford. Did you check the buffet? He was largely invisible I agree, but with a very slight turn of fate he is a try scorer and sets one up with his grubber as well. That would ...

In comparison, everyone is saying the Eels get an easy run. It’s another big cheque for the NRL to sign that they don’t have to, and it’s cheaper for them to ship the team to sydney.

Agreed. This is a train wreck and needs to be sorted. The Board need to get involved and resolve this. I think he is a cut above the other 2nd rowers in the comp. The part that is being missed in all this is, given We had to pay a chunk of cash to Wigan to release him, he got a ‘decent’ wage last year with no NRL experience, he had renegotiation clauses I served annually into his contract etc, id say his original manager did a bloody good job of things. Teams would be crazy to not try and slow the ruck, hands on the ball etc on the very early tackles down close to the their opponents goals line. Even if you only get a few 50/50 calls a game with a turn over close to their line, you will be in front. Seeing as you only give up a tackle or 2. Yeah, ...
