I’m in QLD, could I go to Sydney for the GF, then spend 14 days in Canberra with family and then re enter without quarantining?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Of course the GH is not the definitive source on these things, but my understanding is that is fine. As long as you spend 14 days not i...

Re: Canberra Raiders reportedly set to sign Caleb Aekins

Correct BadnMean. The point was not really to create a 2020 lineup, more to point out that we currently have a 17 man squad about to play another prelim, and that list is people who ARENT in that squad, and the sort of strength we have in depth next year. Scott was a straight switch for Cotric. That...

Re: 2020 Finals Week 3 V Storm: Teams and Previews

Qld residents can go to Sydney of course, but have to do hotel quarantine for 14 days upon returning, at their own expense. Going to the GF has therefore still crossed my mind, but it would be an incredibly expensive exercise! Not quite true... they can go to SA, NT, or any of the northern nsw LGAs...

Off our confirmed or reported squad for next year we have the below ‘reserves’ (I’ll name currently injured players in this team for reference, any one of them that makes first grade automatically is replaced by a current first grader). 1. Aekins 2. Simo 3. HSS 4. Timoko 5. Niko / Anderson 6. Frawle...

I’ll just drop this again in case alfabet doesn’t recognise maths as a valid statistic. Raiders travel time 2020 (regular season only) was 72.25 hours. Parra as above was a total of 18.45 hours. He does recognise maths. He also recognises cherry picking too. Put up the others teams, and show your w...

Sorry, wrong number, I’ve tracked it down now. Raiders travel time 2020 (regular season only) was 72.25 hours. Parra as above was a total of 18.45 hours. Now given not only did we have a significant amount of extra travel, but that return leg was immediately after the match when we should have been ...

Could be the teams that have naturally longer travel distances than us on usual basis. Then you've got teams like Melbourne stuck at in one place, haven't been home or played at home in months, family uprooted and with limited support network. We really haven't had it that bad. Could be? Which team...

Re: 2020 Finals Week 2 V Roosters: Game Day

Have to say. Big question mark on all 3 Roosters tries. 1st one was a forward pass, albeit marginal. 2nd try a blatant obstruction the bunker chose to ignore. Last try was a clear forward pass. I thought their first try was ok. The second one... Croker was blowing up about it - he was penalised for...

Re: 2020 Finals Week 2 V Roosters: Game Day

I’m a bit bemused about so many comments floating around the web about us playing a ‘rested’ Melbourne next week. Given the fact they rested 10 players in round 20, the vast majority of their squad will have only played 1 game in nearly 4 weeks. They played Souths in round 17 which was a solid match...

I can’t realistically see him being anywhere near first grade next year, but having him around the club is good for development. The 2 main issues I see are: -getting into the country with the covid issues -enticing him to come given we don’t actually have a development team for him to play in yet. ...

My thought here is next years backs have x2 senior experienced players in Rapa and Toots, neither of which would be considered ‘elite’, just very good. We have Scott, Simo, Semi, HSS and Timoko, none of which has a lock in any position. We are missing an elite back. Chooks have teddy, the Morris’s, ...
