Re: Raiders offer Jack Wighton a four year $4.4 million deal
I agree. I hope he goes somewhere else too. We win more games without him for a reason and it ain't because frawley is some superstar. He was lucky to be on 800k. No way we should offer him a cent more We're not a smart club at all if we had any brains we would be saying thanks for your service Jac...

Hard truths are....hard. And LMAO at anyone who would think that if the shoe was on the other foot, we'd stump over $1M per season to sign Jack from another club to play in the halves... :roflmao He's a center / lock....blunt instrument bull in a China shop commanding $900K per season, playing out ...

We should be raiding the Panthers NSW cup side and there other junior teams they've won everything this year they can't keep them all.

Yeo, you say? We'll take em both  Oh god yes please. Morgan Knowles especially, he looks like a taller faster Hudson Young with class. Or maybe echoes of Tarps at lock. I don't now how old he is but boy he can run. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUjgLH3nMDU Looks OK in that highlights reel, u...

Not sure on Zed's logic for backing a Vikings upgrade. The proposed Civic location will cater to soccer as well. Respectfully, no one goes to Wanniassa to watch soccer.... Same drips who were anti rail I suppose.. If Zed is proposing something you can bet he's got something to gain from it. My bet ...

Re: Canberra Raiders looking to extend Adam Elliott by further two years
If he plays consistently like he has the last two weeks how could you not give him two years? He has been head and shoulders above most of the players in energy and fight. May have found his role now and looks comfortable. Lot of hate here for him but on last two week’s form that’s on personality n...

Cameron Ciraldo would be my first preference coming from a good system at Penrith. Added bonus the inside knowledge he'd have on the juniors coming through hopefully persuade a few to follow the same as Trent Barret did when he left.

Let's not forget he's battled some significant injuries the past year and a bit. He's better than most available. Re: 40 Year Canberra Raiders Dream Team: Bench utilities
I think a lot of those players named would be hard-pressed to qualify as genuine utility players apart from Jason Croker who could play in the backs, halves and forwards. Going by the criterion of "flexibility", Marshall Chalk should have been included. He could cover the backs and the fo...

Re: 2022
There was talk about reducing the development player numbers from six to four, but it seems some clubs still have six. Maybe that's because they were on more than one year contracts. If we're only allowed 4 development contracts I don't think we should be taking up 1 of these spots with a winger. N...

The three posts above this are 100% spot on. And to be clear, my opinion is certainly not driven by any Anti-Jarrod agenda. He makes my bench based on eligible players along with Lance, Hodgson and Wighton. Wighton and Croker on the bench  Is your comment based on bench make up or that one o...
