Re: 2025 Round 8 v Dolphins: Game Day

How amazing did the team look when Pattie came on. I love how he throws the passes out in front for the players to run onto rather than us standing flat or propping to have to catch the passes. I know momentum had shifted before he came on but that momentum accelerated with his work around the ruck....

Re: 2025 Round 8 v Dolphins: Game Day

That Horse penalty was a strange one. To go back in time to call a high shot, after the original call of forward pass is wrong. I can understand it when it’s at the point where someone is going to the bin but not for just a penalty. What’s next? Is Nicholson going to get sent to the bin for Sia’s hi...

Re: Manly close in on next DCE with Raiders star set to quit Canberra

Good grief I hope we don't end up with some of the names bandied about here. The Roosters plan of buying Chad T for intangibles has not worked, or pointless at best Buying experience is good when it's combined with actual quality, such as what Fog is offering now. If there's no actual quality there...

With the Bears touted to join in 2027 we may be in with a shot at getting a decent half for a year before they land in WA.

This may also be an ace up our sleeve in keeping Fog.

A penalty and 1 week for a shoulder charge to the head from Burton

Tapine did a shoulder charge to the body and got a penalty, sin bin and 2 weeks.

What’s worse, the Dally M system or the judiciary?

I’ve been Starlings biggest critic before this year but I like it.

If he keeps doing what he is doing then he needs to be in the side.

Re: Manly close in on next DCE with Raiders star set to quit Canberra

As for Sanders taking over the side; with the style we are playing and the emergence of Pattie (and having Jayden Brailey as a back up) I am not so concerned. We do not seem to be a side that’s heavily reliant on our halfback pulling the strings for everything. I can see Pattie being the one who dir...

I could see us running with; 14- Pattie 15- Prop 16- Second rower 17 - Sanders Injury to a back - Strange moves to centre and Sanders plays left side. Nil injury - Strange moves to lock and Sanders plays left side. Side is well in front - Fog off, sanders left, Strange right. Sent from my iPhone usi...

Love to see it! He is finally outpacing Norris which he was not really able to sustain last year. Not only is he outpacing him he is doing it consistently.

At the ground last night and you can really see what starling is bringing in defence. He is not only setting the line speed but also rushing up and just launching himself into the ball carriers. Ricky pretty frustrated at the refs in the presser. I love our Alternate Vegas kit, and it looks to be constantly sold out. Especially like how it goes with the shorts and the socks. I am normally a traditionalist however I would love if we went something similar to that as our primary jersey for next year.
