Re: 2019 Finals Week 1 V Storm: Game Day

So am I correct in saying we play the winner of Souths v Manly/Cronulla?

And Melbourne and Roosters are on the other side of the draw.

My guess on Papa is that he will come on around the 20-25th minute mark and will see our the game. Let some of our other guys do the grunt work.

Re: Canberra Raiders sign Australian Schoolboys forward JJ Clarkson

FYI JJ’s name is Jayden. Very dedicated young man, travelled a fair distance to school each day for a number of years and was never one to miss training. Is a hard worker and has been in the QLD systems since 15’s. From all accounts Wavell really missed him in their QLD semi final loss to Kirwan. JJ...

Re: 2019 NRL Round 23 - Teams and Game Day

Settle down alphabet. I’d look pretty schmick in the halves against this Knights team in absolute freefall! I actually don’t think it that outrageous a statement. Caleb is a bigger body and as stated plays in the back row but has had quite a number of injuries over the last couple of seasons. Just been watching the recent QLD State Champs, and Caleb is massive. Was very destructive on the edges. Good to see no sign of any injury (no strapping). Wish him well...

What we should be thinking is that if we win our next 3 we have a **** at a home final if the chooks stumble at all but that won’t be possible with a loss this week. Grew up just north of Brisbane though so not sure how much the Cowboys invested in him before they released him. Surely you'd move Jack to 6 with Cleary injured? I was speaking about it with a mate pregame. We actually have no cover for a winger or centre as the backrowers we have don’t naturally shift to centre. I would rather see Graham at 6 and Wighton at 4 then vice versa.
