Re: 2024 Rd 3 v Warriors: Teams and Previews
Just when you think Stick may have turned a corner he comes out and selects a team based on what players did 5 years ago. Disappointing.

Re: NRL 360
NRL 360 jumped the shark when Gordon Tallis had a stint as fill in host and you realised he's the smartest panellist by some margin.

Re: 2024 Rd 2 v Tigers: Teams and Previews
I'm ok with Hoppa over Cotric. Hoppa is more effective carrying the ball out of trouble... Cotric crabs sideways and gets dominated. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I agree with you Dusty I don't. Hoppa has the turning circle of an elephant. I think his metres gained stat is reflective of opport...

Re: 2024 Rd 2 v Tigers: Teams and Previews *Teams p1*
I'd have selected Cotric but there just isn't a massive gap between the two. Do you prefer an extra 50m/6 involvements out of Hoppa or a solid defender in Cotric. The part I'm really happy about is Kris back at home at left centre. * this assumes Stick doesn't do a Stick and swap the centres to thei...

Re: NRL 360
Braith's arguing feels very contrived and it's embarrassing. It's very unnatural and I still can't believe they picked him to host. Ikin and Kent were are entertaining combination of brain and bonehead, now it's skewed towards the latter is almost unwatchable. Yvonne or Cronk should replace Braith ...

Great work from Hoppa competing on that kick when it would have been easy not to. His attitude is the one thing he really has going for him.

A play like that from Savage shows the value of speed. If we had someone dawdling after that the Knights can clean it up quite easily.

Re: Raiders player signing speculation 2024
We're a club that needs to take the occasional risk as we're just not going to get the player who has 2 or 3 Sydney clubs also competing for them. I'd take a punt on Schuster at the right price which would be around half a million. I might even shoot up to $600k. He would need to commit to playing i...

Haven’t had time to comment on the team… my main concern is Levi starting. I don’t know what Zac Woolford does every off season to **** off Ricky Stuart but it happens every year. Woolford should be starting, Levi not in the team. I love Strange being selected at five eighth. I didn’t expect it. Ho...

Disappointing team. Levi and Hoppa indicate it's another season of pet projects taking priority over winning.
I also just don't get Rapa at fullback at this stage of his career. Common sense says that should be Savage, just like last season.

If the Raiders go to Vegas next year I'll 100% consider going. I've been to Vegas twice already and I have to say I got serious FOMO watching them continually broadcast from the strip over the weekend. I'd need it to be NY to be tempted. We really don't have a fear of rejection as a club do we. I can't remember the last time we put our hand up for anything and were chosen, whether recruitment or appearing in these types of events.

Penrith are pretty unique in that I don’t think their hooker really directs and drives the forwards like most clubs That’s Yeo’s job I think there is also a baseline level of competence you need in a hooker to really allow your forward pack to dominate, I think the panthers hookers are actually dec...

Imagine thinking the Raiders plan isn't nepotism lol. Absolutely Jed into the top 30 is the plan. Why else would he have player such a prominent role in these two trials? He's an edge forward and his contributions in the trial game was to play wing for the most part as other edge forwards got their...
