Re: AFL Thread
Awesome to see Collingwood run riot against Richmond. I was still irate about the 3rd quarter in which Richmond ran all over us, outscoring us by 4 goals. But the fact is, the Pies still got up by 71 even with a poor 3rd quarter. If they can put together a really strong performance over the entire g...

True that. The Blues ran away with the game late, and in the end it was a well deserved victory.krak07 wrote:The Blues really ran away with it against the Roos. It was a really close game until the Blues ran away with the game in the final 15-20 minutes.

Anyone catch Watto's innings against Bangers and Mash? That was mental. Something like 185 of 96 balls. 150 from boundaries and 15 sixes. All this in 26 overs. Would have murdered Sachin's record if the Bangers had got a few more runs albeit against lesser opposition than Sachin's was. He can't hal...

I'm really keen for today's Brumbies game. Their first Sunday game since 2004, I think it will be a good atmosphere provided a good crowd turns out to the game. The Force haven't been in great form, so hopefully the Brumbies can start well and capitalise on that.

I might get to the post game presentation. Haven't been to one yet this year. It would be nice to see Tilse get the jersey from dedicated fans.

In this thread you can write GH milestones. Say if you got 200 posts, put it in. If a record was broken on the Greenhouse, write it in here.
Speaking of which, I just got 100 posts

Re: 2009 Draw released, Heritage round stays...but I dont get it
I enjoyed Heritage Round. I believe that everyone should be a bit more like South Sydney. They wore the red and green jersey with half a rabbit (paying tribute to John Sattler) with absolutely no sponsors. But, not all clubs can do that because they came in when there was sponsors like Canberra and ...

Carney in demand Manly and the Dragons are the two clubs currently vying for dumped Raider Todd Carney's signature when he returns from Huddersfield in 2010. The Dragons already have Jamie Soward, Matthew Head and Ben Hornby as halves options, but they're still chasing a quality five eighth. Rugby ...

Well done to Bungendore!
After the George Tooke Shield Grand Final, the number 19 from the Southwest Brahmans (Brendon Ford) hit a ball out of the referees hands as if to say "You screwed us!" I thought it was a low act.
