Re: Jack Wighton set for "shock" switch in Raiders shake-up

I don't want Abbey as the last line of defence. He wasn't up to it last year and even after the toughest preseason ever I would still prefer Jack at the back. Sam & Sezer can do the job imo. The problem is if one is injured. It may be then that some shuffling happens for a short period of time with...

John Bateman is a stud, I don't see it as a gutsy call.

We have the pieces, I'm of the opinion our coaching have absolutely let this side down with inept decisions.

Re: Jack Wighton set for "shock" switch in Raiders shake-up

Doesn't matter where you play them, they no doubt put in a lot of effort, but they're really depth players. If we're expecting either to play a full season at fullback, we're in trouble. You can go back in time and watch teams win premierships with average players. We all sit there during GF week a...

I'm sort of getting bored with Edwards now. Can we move onto someone else this pre season. Should we circle back to Dufty or speculate wildly about someone else at random? I'll leave it up to you Timbo. I choose to speculate wildly. Wouldn't it be great if we got Val Holmes after the inevitable col...

If there were no grounds for the charges... wouldn't the charges have been thrown out of court? Out of the top 6 there are 2 spots available after the bans. Moving forward Marsh and Khawaja need to be moved on. Uzi? R u nutz? So he can't play spin right, yet he averaged 26 in the last series with no Ashwin. His test career is uninspiring to say the least, he is definitely not our 3rd best bat...

You don't have to work at a mine to be drug tested. We have random drug testing at work, I'm also tested at times on my way to work and coming home from work.

Yet the unemployed... something seriously fundamentally wrong with this country.

I'm warming to the idea of Wighton at 5/8, I think it's a far better idea strengthening the front line D. I can't remember many occasions when he saved a try covering at fullback unless it was outside the red zone. He can play the same sweeping role in attack and as for rucking it out I thing we're ...
