Re: The Religion Thread

Another win for peodophiles and the liberal party. Yeh, go team. Don't be naive. It's not Liberal Or Labor, it's just the same old officially corrupt 'establishment' looking out for each other. Once they dispensed with the jury and put in him front of his actual peers, he was never staying in jail....

Re: The Religion Thread

Just watched an interview from a priest ranting and raving on skynews, lets just say he slipped up. Admitted on national TV that the victim was assaulted but in a country town and not Pell.

Re: Coronavirus

I was looking at https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/australia/ for stats but they reckon we had 528 new cases yesterday and that doesn't match with anything anyone else is showing so think I'm going to stop going there. 284 is what the government had for the 29th (6am - 6am). Some Australian numpty that was on a cruise ship and is now forcibly quarantined in a hotel is complaining that he's been stripped of his "constitutional rights". I can't imagine that its a pleasant ordeal, but this isn't America. The constitution of Australia guarantees precisely diddly-squat that...

Re: Coronavirus

About to finish night shift.

Keeping eye on the figures in Italy, and it's another disastrous day, they have just ticked over 10000 deaths.

Their death rate is 45% when compared to total deaths/cases closed, absolutely tragic.

Get well Italy

Re: Canberra Raiders prepare for tough times after NRL season suspension

Agree will be interesting to see what happens if it drags on beyond 6 months. At the moment the strategy they are selling is to: (1) starve the virus of spread, and thus wipe it out. But it will only take one person from OS to come back in and we go through it all over again. That path could lead t...

On a positive note, there has been an uptick to just over 90 in those who have recovered from Covid-19. General question. Is there a way of seeing location of the current cases? See plenty of numbers by state but nothing more detailed than that.
