I appreciate the feedback. There seems to be a $20 Old Fashioned price ceiling here in God's country, so I was obviously enraged to be overcharged in Canberra. I'll order one at my local pub when I duck down there next. Check back with me in an hour or so. Nah, pubs in Rockie would be all pre-mix. ...

Re: Broncos considering shock play for Raiders star Josh Hodgson

I blame the Curse of Sterlo. As soon a Sterling declared Hodgo a better hooker than Cam Smith after the first Storm game last year, his form fell off a cliff and never returned. And Cam Smith retired a premiership winner. Thanks Sterlo. Sterling is 1 letter away from Starling. What if they are secr...

Deep Roy, of 2005's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory fame, played all 165 Oompa Loompas in the movie. This required him to perform seperate acts for each character, and he successfully negotiated to be paid per character.

He was one of the highest paid cast members in the film

Yeah agree with BJ. If we go for a rebuild, it’s going to take longer to get the players to move to Canberra.

At least this time we’ve had a bit more success to use as a carrot

Re: What does our next rebuild look like?

I think the next era of Raiders football needs a heavy focus on a few key attributes: - speed... cant not have it anymore, specifically in the back 3. Need it at all three of those spots - mobility in the middle... think we're on top of this tbh and the way we recruit and the sort of players we go ...

How longs Stick signed for? The club has only ever dropped one coach mid-contract, and that was Furner to get Stick. I don’t see them giving Stick the same treatment

I think so too. Stick is pretty entrenched in the club. We’ll get a new squad before we get a new coach

Re: George Williams homesick for England?

It seems like when we recruit these Englishmen, they either really love it and want to be citizens (Hodgo and Elliott) or they get homesick and want to skip dodge asap (Bateman and possibly Williams)

Then there's Jordan Turner. Not sure where Sutton falls either. He seems to be a stayer
