Re: Are we premiership contenders?

We can do it, we just need to improve our offense, defence and get some rule changes

Viking Clap - Mark II - Viking Row

I like it, if done well it would be similar to the Poznan

Some NRL clubs do something sort of like this. Around the 75th minute, if their teams getting a hammering, they turn their back and walk out. Chants are generally NSFGH

Wighton, Papalii selected for Origin II

TW - I don't know what the expression 'junk time try' means. Any time a prop runs 45 meters to score a try is news worthy imo. I'm sure Jack was one of the players he beat/outpaced in his run to the line. Junk time try: A try that is scored where the player tricks the opposition by tucking the ball...

Cotric, Wighton, Papalii selected for Origin

Tamou is nearly as marshmallow a forward as Aaron Woods. And no I don't know what the answer is, but not frickin' Tamou. Surely there's someone better than that. You must have missed the 45 metre angled run he put on for a try against us in Wagga Wagga. Or the fact that of the middles available for...

My weekend was eventful. Went to a mates Bday in Canley Vale. The venue wasn’t licensed, so we thought we’d go to a pub afterwards for a drink. I thought I saw an RSL not too far, so we proceeded to search for this Arrey. We walk in, DJ is playing Rawhide, and I noticed the bar stools had saddles on...

Re: Are we premiership contenders?

What’s impressed me the most was how pre-season there were people saying “This is Ricky’s squad, if we’re not top 4, it’s a failure and he should be under pressure.” I thought that was a bit of a stretch, and yet, here we are.

Are we premiership contenders?

I think we’re in a spot to not embarrass ourselves come finals time, but we’re not contenders.

We’ll need a W against the Storm, Roosters or Souths for me to change my mind

I’m conflicted with the greatest player comment, purely because Vince Carter was the reason I started getting behind them. But now that I’ve composed myself and picked the phone off the floor, I think you’re right. Good to see Marc Gasol win as well. First time in NBA history brothers have won rings...

I love that a bunch of restaurants in Toronto have offered Kawhi free food for life if he re-signs.

I hope he stays. How likely do you think he’ll head to Clippers?

His story doesn't make a lot of sense, but if he is happy now good for him. Yeah where does mean where he says “Home”? Makes sense if Canberra, but if he means where he grew up in Sydney, then ESL makes no sense. Agree though, I’ll never have a bad word against him. His first year reignited a love ...

Interesting that the article answers the question about origin bonuses- yes they do still exist and it even gives a 30k figure. Massive earner given the Origin match fees too! The article kind of spells it out... We love Jordy and he loves the Raiders but he's a 29 year old winger who relies on spe...
