For the Central Coasters on the GH, Mrs Fui and I are thinking of looking into possibly moving out of Sydney, and into the CC. Maybe even start by buying an investment and leasing it out until we’re ready to make the move.

Any suggestions on areas to focus on/avoid etc?

Yeah I’m not that embedded. I’ve chopped and changed between iPhones and other Androids before. I don’t know, I have the iPhone X at the moment on a 3 year contract expiring next year, and I’m just not looking to spend crazy money again on a new phone

Yeah I’m not worried yet. That said, we had the Bubonic Plague in 1720, Cholera in 1820, and Spanish Flu in 1920. Seems like we’re due for some form of mass plague this year

I’ve lost myself 3kgs this year so far. Haven’t done anything crazy, just eating less calories than I burn.

Re-Downloaded Couch 2 5K Runner recently. Will get on that once it starts to cool down.

I’ve never understood the problem with the Warriors. They have the potential to be a powerhouse but never deliver.

The argument I hear is that it’s Union dominant there, but we’ve had a decent go at signing guys who were in Union setups at a younger age.
