I think some of our politicians are doing a pretty good job of leading. Morrison and Dutton immediately following the Phelp's bill is a pretty good example.

Hadn’t the nrl already said that they will ? No, they have said they’d have to apply for cap relief. But what the Dragons are now asking for is extra grant money from the NRL to pay the new player as well! That is, on TOP of the salary cap exemption! We were run down time and again imo because we didn't have the defensive concentration to defend and keep the opposition from threatening our line. Some sides were so confident in their defensive prowess they work over and dominate in tackles and give away penalties knowing it is not coming back to...
